Internal Sales - Reed : Job Details

Reed have partnered with a long-standing South West provider to the construction sector, with an office close to Central Bristol. Recruiting for an Internal Sales role on a full time, permanent basis.

Free on-site parking in a location close to Central Bristol.

This role includes NO Cold Calling, it is not a high pressured, sales role. This role will suit someone with previous office and customer service/telephone based experience. Ability to take enquiries, process them, go the extra mile for a customer, be proactive, recognise opportunities to support our extensive custom base and work well with a small, close-knit team.

Our client mainly sells steel products to builders, civil engineers, builders’ merchants, fabricators to name a few. We have a large custom base, many of which have used us for a long time.

Mainly the business that comes in is repeat business.

Duties:Take enquiries via telephone and emailGenerate orders via our bespoke in-house systemProcess sales and purchase ordersGenerate orders to warehouse for picking and dispatchingUpdate customers on their ordersCall customers when we have a delivery in their local area, see if they’re looking for any stock dropping off to themWork closely with the team, pitch in and support

Salary - £25k25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and complete closure for Christmas

Annual bonus based on the Branches performance.
