Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care & Sales Support:
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, live chat, and social media channels.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Create and send order confirmations; process orders promptly.
- Manage CRM entries and respond to customer reviews.
- Assist with payment processing, website updates, and Facebook inquiries.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee supply chain management and development.
- Implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report business performance to directors through weekly reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, sales, and marketing consultants to optimize performance.
Operations & Compliance:
- Manage the Customer Care department, covering holiday schedules when necessary.
- Work closely with the Finance Department on payment processes, including Amazon Pay.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and handle insurance matters.
- Attend monthly board meetings to report on key business metrics.
- Support office management tasks as needed.
