Internal Sales Representative | B2B | £35k base | 10% to 15% quarterly bonus | hybrid | progression to field-based sales
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a prestigious manufacturer with a 50-year history and a turnover of €320m, who supply technical products into manufacturers across the UK. You will be taking complete ownership over accounts and enquiries, with the opportunity to go into the field and progress into full time external sales. With a large customer database, you will be converting enquiries and turning low spending customers into high value accounts.
Enjoy the support of an experienced team, alongside the independence to manage your own role without micro-management and KPIs.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised salesperson/account manager who is not afraid to pick up the phone.
Salary: £35k base salary plus quarterly performance bonus (10 to 15% of salary).
Location: Hamilton, Leicester – hybrid (1 day at home, 4 days in the office).
