Join a market leader in the manufacture sector as an Internal Sales Supervisor. This role involves managing the internal sales process in a fast-paced office environment, supervising a team of three, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Efficiently handle customer enquiries and queries via telephone or email.
- Supervise the internal sales team and report daily/weekly targets to the management team.
- Enter orders onto Sage and maintain the CRM system.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
- Support the external sales team and ensure customer service expectations are exceeded.
- Convert enquiries into orders successfully.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Sage and CRM systems is preferable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
- Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
