Office based: Sheffield

Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Internal Technical Sales - Laminate Panels will involve:

• Internal Sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of bespoke laminate panel solutions
• All of your time will be spent selling to washroom fabricators, furniture fabricators, lockers / cubicle fabricators, playground equipment fabricators and manufacturers
• Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone & web contact forms
• Produce quotations from customer drawings and process orders
• Building and developing new business relationships, with a strong focus on also maintaining the existing customer relations
• Liaise with suppliers regarding; pricing, technical support, stock availability etc.
• Providing technical support & assistance, following up on quotes
• Full product and sector training will be provided

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Technical Sales - Laminate Panels with:

• Must have sales experience within the construction industry
• Ideally experience working with dimensions
• Would consider someone working within a builders merchant who deals with large beams or sheet materials etc.
• Experience with technical or CAD drawings highly advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Brilliant customer service skills
• Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure
• Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
