Key Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of existing international customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
- Produce quotes for customers and provide troubleshooting advice for systems and label printing.
- Liaise with the China office regularly for import and export queries
- Develop relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers.
- Work towards achieving individual targets and KPI’s and contribute to business goals.
- Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills over telephone and face to face.
- Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.
- Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent team-worker with drive and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
