Job Summary
We are looking for an International Payroll Manager to lead a UK Payroll Team, managing employee payments for UK, Malaysian, and French staff, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage the payroll team; conduct performance reviews and training on legislative changes.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HMRC and managing pension contributions and employee benefits.
- Audit and Accounting: Collaborate with Finance on audits and ensure payroll records and accruals are processed accurately.
- Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain business continuity for payroll processes.
- Projects and Process Improvement: Participate in the implementation of ADP Workforce Manager and enhance payroll processes with KPIs.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Extensive payroll management experience and team leadership.
- CIPP Qualified (Level 5 minimum).
- Proficient in ADP iHCM payroll and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
