Job Description :

Portfolio Payroll are representing a global technology company who are in a period of substantial acquisitive growth. Seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee and managed nationwide UK payroll operations as well as EMEA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of the payroll team -recruitment, development and motivation, as well as 1:1s
  • Ensuring the team are up to date with legislative changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
  • Support and manage the implementation of change
  • Design and implement robust systems and processes
  • Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation
  • Act as an integral part of the new T&A system implementation
  • Ensure journals are processes for the payroll and relevant accounts

Experience required:

  • Extensive experience in Payroll Management role and managing staff
  • Experienced in ADP IHCM payroll
  • Explemlary UK payroll knowledge
  • Experience of coordinating international payrolls
