Title: International Tax Accountant / Manager

Location: London / Dubai

Salary: Competitive

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an International Tax Accountant /Manager to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients at either their London or Dubai offices. This role is crucial in maintaining Firm-wide tax compliance, focusing on offices outside the US. You will collaborate with the Global Tax Department, Global Partners, Finance Team, and Human Resources colleagues, as well as external contacts like global tax advisors and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, prepare, and submit non-US tax returns.
• Manage non-US tax inquiries and audits.
• Conduct tax research and brief advisors on updates to tax laws.
• Collaborate on special projects with key personnel and stakeholders.
• Advise on global mobility issues, including permanent establishment.
• Drive process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of international tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 Accounting Firm or Multinational Law Firm.
• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification desirable.
• Solid experience with global partnership taxation and tax reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to critically assess advice from global tax advisors.
• 'Can do' attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
