International Tax Senior Manager - PE Backed Firm

This growing PE backed London-based accounting, tax, and advisory firm, part of a global network of independent firms.

Over the past decade, their tax practice has expanded to offer specialist services including international tax advisory and this is a rapidly growing area of the business.

Role Overview:

You will manage a portfolio of international tax clients, providing expert advice on cross-border tax planning and compliance, including permanent establishment, residence issues, transfer pricing, and global mobility. The role involves client management, business development, and collaboration with international contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cross-border tax advice for businesses and individuals entering or expanding from the UK
• Advise on permanent establishment and tax residence issues
• Apply double tax treaties to mitigate double taxation risks
• Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing, CFC rules, and Diverted Profits Tax
• Advise on expatriate taxation and global mobility
• Build and maintain an international network for cross-border business development

Qualifications & Skills:

• CTA qualified with significant experience in international tax
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, CFC, Diverted Profits Tax, and global mobility
• ADIT or similar qualification is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-centric focus
• Networking ability to build relationships within the international tax community
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage complex projects
