An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised inventory clerk to join an award-winning Estate Agency based in Liverpool.My clients have an excellent reputation and are looking for a full-time inventory clerk who can deal with both pre and post tenancy inventories, as well as mid term inspections.   Inventory Clerk – Benefits

• £22k - £25k basic salary plus profit share & bonus

Inventory Clerk – Duties:

• Attending mid term inspections.
• Conducting both pre and post tenancy inventory reports.
• Uploading reports to internal database.
• Providing reports to landlords in a timely manner.

Inventory Clerk – Experience Needed

• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
