* Take ownership of our inventory control processes, elevating them to achieve 100% stock accuracy.

* Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes.

* Lead, organise, and oversee stocktakes when required, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory accuracy and reporting.

* Resolve discrepancies with a forensic approach to ensure our systems align with reality.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an analytical problem solver, who understands stock accuracy and inventory management and the ideal candidate will:

* Have proven experience in inventory management, within a manufacturing engineering business

* Be experienced in utilising ERP systems for stock accuracy, exposure to the IFS ERP system or similar would be beneficial

* Possess an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to develop fail-proof processes.

* Demonstrate analytical thinking and a methodical approach to solving inventory challenges.

* Have experience implementing or optimising cycle counting programs.
