Meraki Talent are working with a UK based Investment Management firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator for a 12month fixed term contract within Chichester. As part of a wider team, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of administration. Key duties will include;
- Providing administration support, ensuring the highest standards at all times
- Providing account opening administration duties
- Following AML regulations
- Ensuring portfolio transfers are administered inline with regulatory standards
- Verifying and checking onboarding documents
- Transfer of holdings
- Administering account closures
- Processing Transfers In and out
This is a varied and busy role, which will require applicants to manage and plan a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, applicants should be comfortable in liaising with clients via telephone and written communication. This role would suit those who have gained administration experience within a Financial Services setting, ideally Investment Management. This is a 12month FTC, offering an immediate start.
