Partnering with a wide range of investors, the company have delivered a number of major projects in the South East. They are involved in the full lifecycle of the projects from sourcing through to delivery. 

As an Investment Associate, you will support senior management with the origination and underwriting of a range of projects, from landmark mixed use developments to one off value-add investments.  

The role:

• Analysis and underwriting of existing and prospective investments
• Presenting analysis to clients and partners and supporting the Investment Director in technical meetings with stakeholders
• Supporting ongoing asset management of investments
• Supporting the capital raising process for projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience of investment analysis for commercial real estate projects in the UK
• Experience of development projects from an investment perspective, preferably including refurbishments and redevelopments
• Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel; experience of building complex cash flow models from scratch
• Good presentation skills in PowerPoint
