Investment Associate   A leading international real estate investment management firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its growing Investment team in London. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to pan-European investments in the Living sector, including Residential, Student Accommodation, and Senior Living. You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to both UK and Pan European transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse potential investment acquisition opportunities in the Living sector.
  • Conduct detailed market research and transaction analysis.
  • Support the analysis and management of existing investments.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Assist with various transactional elements as needed.
  • Periodic travel across Europe may be required.
    Background
  • The ideal candidate is highly motivated Associate with a strong academic and professional background.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant real estate transactional experience is required
  • Background could include from within real estate investment banking, real estate private equity, real estate consulting/advisory or a real estate institutional investor
  • Those with living sector experience (including Student Accommodation, and Senior Living)  would be at an advantage
  • Outstanding academic record with
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record of excellence in academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Solid understanding of financial models and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent spoken and written English - fluency in a second European language including German or Spanish is desirable
