Investment Manager - BTR - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Our client is a private equity backed residential property company focussed in the living sector. Due to growth, they are seeking to hire an Investment Manager in London   Key responsibilities

• Assisting the Investment Director on new acquisitions.
• Managing all aspects of the deal execution process including reviewing SPAs and scheduling milestones, producing comprehensive financial models etc
• The candidate will also be closely involved in all aspects of transactions.
• Producing institutional board presentations and reports.
• Working with and supporting other internal departments including Lettings, Operations and Finance Team.
• Contribute to the formation / implementation of the portfolio and investment strategy.

  Background & experience

• 3-8 years relevant real estate experience in the UK market,
• Background could include from a Real Estate Investor, Asset Manager, or those from a Surveying background.
• Experience of working within the living sector, ideally BTR and/or PRS across the UK
• Demonstrable deal execution experience in the real estate sector.
• Excellent financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and audit financial models.
• Strong quantitative background
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Happy to work in a small, entrepreneurial team.
