Job Title: Asset Manager, Renewables (FTC)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing existing assets within the portfolio across battery storage, wind energy and solar power.

The role will be to oversee and optimise the performance of its growing portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage assets, maximising operational efficiency, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring assets deliver strong financial returns. You will work closely with technical teams and investment managers to enhance asset value and drive sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively asset manage existing investments within the infrastructure portfolio, including performance tracking, financial reporting, and risk management.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including developers, operators, advisors, and government agencies.

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to assess technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.

Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to execute transaction documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement value enhancement strategies to optimise investment returns and mitigate risks.

Actively participate in asset management activities, including project oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the infrastructure sector.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and risk management.
