We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant with investor marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality investor presentations and managing CRM systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial presentations, and experience handling CRM software to maintain investor records and engagement tracking.This is a temporary role to start ASAP, which could lead into a permanent opportunity if successful. You will have 4 - 7 years of experience either as an assistant, coordinator or administrator within the investment sector based in the investor relations team. Key ResponsibilitiesPresentation & Reporting
- Assist in creating, editing, and refining investor presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high visual standards for all investor-facing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and strategy) to gather necessary information for investor reports.
- Maintain up-to-date investor presentation templates
CRM Management
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor data.
- Track investor interactions, meetings, and correspondence.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or executive support.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
