Invoicing Assistant - Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year, £28,000 per annum)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Assistant to join the finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and finance experience, particularly within aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data and generate customer invoices using internal systems
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for clients
  • Process and manage warranty claims through online portals
  • Work closely with internal teams on contracts, invoicing, and credit control
  • Handle and resolve customer invoice queries professionally
  • Support other finance-related tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a finance-related role, ideally in aviation
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel
  • Ability to build professional relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
