IT Account Manager
Salary:
£35k - £50k
Location: (Remote or Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Account Manager for a full-time position, which can be on-site, hybrid, or remote. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that their IT needs are met with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving business growth through development and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT-related needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor IT solutions to meet those needs.
• Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised IT services, support, and products to clients.
• Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Desirables:
• Proven skills in Account Management and Business Development.
• IT Reseller or IT MSP experience / SAAS - 1 years of experience minimum.
• A proven track record of success.
• A new business focused individual - "hunter" mentality.
