IT Administrator - LANCESOFT LTD : Job Details

Role: IT Administrator

Location: Sheffield, UK Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)

Work Type: Permanent/Fulltime

Role Requirement:

• We are looking for a candidate to demise a number of IT service definitions in EIM (system inventory) (Equipment Inventory Management ) and other systems.
• Ideally, they’ll be familiar with data inventory, asset inventory, software inventory, IT services, SLA, technical service offerings, SNOW, JIRA.

They’ll need to

• Work with other stakeholders to identify steps to demise the service. (End of Life/Legacy System)
• Use various data inventories to submit demise requests for components in those services.
• Submit various Jira/SNOW tickets to respective teams to facilitate the demise.
