Are you an experienced IT professional with strong 2nd/3rd line support skills? Do you have a passion for modern workspace technologies and driving IT improvements? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As an IT Application Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our clients IT environment. You’ll provide technical support, lead IT projects, and ensure our employees maximize the potential of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support, ensuring an efficient and secure IT environment.
• Act as a superuser for key business applications, delivering training and optimizing user experience.
• Manage and lead IT projects, particularly around Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain and enhance security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor key security factors and ensure IT safety and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in IT infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line support for hybrid users.
• Knowledge of Windows Server & Client OS, VMware ESXi, Veeam Data Platform, and ERP systems.
• Experience implementing and adapting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Supplier, vendor & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading IT projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Further knowledge of Microsoft BI, Intune, Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows Defender for Endpoint.
