Job Description :

Contract IT Change and Release Lead required to take ownership of the IT Change and Release capability across our clients IT production and non-production platforms. We are looking for someone who can minimise change conflicts, produce forecasts and performance reports, and continuously improve processes.

This is a hybrid role and falls within IR35, sucessful candidates will be required on site a couple of times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the seamless execution of change activities across IT and 3rd parties, applying best practices and industry-standard frameworks.

  • Design, implement, and manage Release Management processes in line with ISO, ITIL, Scrum, Agile, and Microsoft Standards.

  • Coordinate day-to-day change and release activities, ensuring compliance with SLA commitments and monitoring ongoing activities.

  • Act as the point of reference for all queries related to change and release activities, maintaining process integrity.

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the change and release processes, particularly in cloud/Azure environments.

  • Manage the change portfolio, assess impact, and provide activity analysis to support ongoing development.

  • Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Change for planned releases, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change and Release Management.

  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification with practical experience.

  • Strong experience working with internal IT teams and 3rd party vendors.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Release and Change coordination.

  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Build and Release mechanisms.

  • Proficiency with modern ITSM tools and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and resilient under pressure
