We are seeking an enthusiastic IT/Computer Science Teacher to join our team in Leeds on a full-time basis, starting from January 2025 until Easter. You will play a key role in educating and inspiring students, delivering high-quality lessons that foster a strong foundation in IT and Computer Science concepts.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in IT, Computer Science, or a related subject.
• Recent and relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Competence in planning and delivering engaging, comprehensive lessons in IT and Computer Science.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in IT and Computer Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each student reach their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, supportive, and innovative learning environment.
• Encourage students to develop analytically and problem-solving skills that are essential in today's digital landscape.
