IT & Cyber Security Trainer

Fully Remote + One day a month in office in Worcester

Up to £40,000 + Pension + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday Off + Personalised Training Plan

In this position, you will be provided with Full Teacher Training if needed. Your role will be to deliver 1-to-1 training and coaching sessions to apprentices and learners, guiding them through their learning journey to ensure they achieve their potential. Additionally, you'll host group coaching sessions once a week to train and develop groups of learners.

The successful candidate for this position will have knowledge and experience of IT, Networking and Cyber Security. Previous Training/Coaching/Teaching experience is not required.

The Role:

• Full Training Provided
• Delivering 1-to-1 training to apprentices
• Host weekly group coaching sessions
• Offering guidance and support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications.
• Remote position, working one day a month in Birmingham, 37.5 Hours

The Person:

• Experienced in IT or Cyber Security
• Passionate about passing on knowledge to others
• No training/teaching/coaching experience required
