Bristow Holland is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic organisation based in Naas. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in supporting core infrastructure, business applications, and end-user services. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various IT teams, manage a diverse workload, and contribute to both ongoing operations and innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Provide support for end-user services including M365, thin clients, printers, desktop OS, patching, access control, file and data management, voice services, UCaaS, and business applications.
Collaboration & Incident Resolution: Partner with IT teams and third-party vendors to implement changes and resolve incidents effectively. Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the process.
Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, manage asset inventories, and support major incident and problem management processes.
Service Improvement: Develop and document processes and procedures, implement approved solutions, and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Salary is between €40,000 to €50,000 with an excellent benefits package and opportunity to work from home 1/2 days a week.
