The Role

We’re seeking an IT Engineer / Ingenieur to join a global leader in IT solutions. Based onsite at a client’s facility in Aarschot, Belgium, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the 2nd Line Support team, manage direct reports, and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

The IT Engineer / Ingenieur role is full-time, onsite offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, paying €245 per day. There is a strong possibility of the contract being extended.

What's Required?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong IT support experience

• Team leadership experience in an IT support environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

• Experience with Office365 Exchange Online administration and Active Directory

• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems

• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Citrix, VPNs, and mobile device management (including Intune) is a plus
