IT Environments Manager - Big Red Recruitment : Job Details

As an IT Environments Manager, you will work to drive forwards maturity of the function through defining, implementing and conducting key processes ensuring demands and purposes are met whilst considering cost effectiveness.Whilst leading major transformation Programmes, you will ensure environments are suitable and supported throughout the lifecycle and provide project support for all environmental issues. What will you be doing?Leading by example and setting standards across the teamEnvironmental requirement gathering with key project stakeholdersCreation of environmental plans supporting requirementsConfiguration of environmentsImprovement initiatives delivered within the Environment and Quality Management functions About you:Experience within a similar role working on complex programme deliveryUnderstanding of driving forwards initiatives within a matrix managementWorking with both Agile and Waterfall methodologyExperience working with DevOps teamsYou may have come from a purely Environmental focused background within test and release settings, or from an Infrastructure background where Environment management may be part of your role - we are open to talking to people from a range of backgrounds!  Permanent positionSalary £55,000 - 60,000 + benefitsNorthampton based, 2x days per week office-based Please apply directly to be considered
