Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a temporary basis Based out of their Bristol office you will be responsible for resolving IT issues promptly, contributing to a safe and secure IT environment, and providing excellent customer service to a global team. You will report directly to the IT Service Desk Supervisor and assist with escalating more complex issues when needed.
