IT Global Service Improvement Lead - 6-month fixed-term contract
Are you a driven, strategic thinker with the gravitas to lead meaningful change in IT service delivery? Our client are looking for an experienced Global Service Improvement Lead to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering up to £100,000 per annum pro rata. This role is based onsite, 4 days a week.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the UK, Australia, and the US to optimize IT services, foster stronger alignment with business goals, and implement targeted improvement strategies. You'll partner with the Global IT Director to monitor performance, refine service processes, and elevate user satisfaction across our global network.
