As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a small team who are the first point of contact for their diverse international customer base. Your mission is to provide exceptional support, solve challenges and create positive interactions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Ideal Candidate for the Technical Support Specialist role
You will need to be an amazing communicator who has a genuine passion for technology and problem solving. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, they will teach you about the technology but you will need to organise your learning and be pro-active in your approach to it. You will need to have a calm and patient manner when dealing with customers and be able to adapt your approach when required. Previous experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.
