Salary: £27,939 - £33,733 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role
The IT Helpdesk Technician role is a technical position within the IT department, acting as the main point of contact for daily technical enquiries. Collaborating with another IT Helpdesk Technician, this role will offer diverse support across all three school sites. Additionally, this role involves assisting senior team members with various technical projects. As a member of the support staff, the IT Helpdesk Technician’s ultimate line manager will be the Bursar, however day to day responsibility will be to the IT Operations Manager.
