IT Infrastructure AnalystMorpeth/Onsite£30,000 - £45,000

Daily Duties:

• Manage and maintain the on-site IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Assist in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Work closely with corporate IT teams and external vendors to support business operations.

Tech Stack:

• Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
• Cloud & Virtualization: Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware.
• Networking: Cisco switches, Firewalls, VLANs.
• Backup & Security: Veeam, Endpoint Security Solutions.
• Databases & Storage: SQL, SAN/NAS Storage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT infrastructure role.
• Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (required for site access).
