Key Responsibilities -

* Being an escalation point and providing 3rd Line support on behalf of the Service Desk* Supporting both the Leeds and Manchester sites respectively, this is a Hybrid role with the occasional visit to site every month.* Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
