IT Infrastructure Engineers. Cumbria work sites.

£53.600 PACKAGE 4 day s on 6 days off

Must have SC level clearance or higher

The service provided by the team is 24/7 365 days a year. There are 5 shift teams that work on a shift-based rota system which comprises of 4 (day or night) 12.5 hour shifts, followed by 6 days off.

The successful candidate will be expected to investigate technical issues, run diagnostics, and interpret manufacturers management tools to determine root cause and resolve technical problems.

Technical Skills

- Desktop Support: Laptop, Desktop, Printer, MS Office 2016, Windows 10

- Datacentre: Switches, routers, storage, firewalls, SQL server 2014/16

- Security: McAfee Suite, Bitdefender, Cisco Tripwire

- Administration: ServiceNow, SQL Management Studio, CA suite

Must Haves:

- Must have SC level clearance or higher- Must be able to commute to West Cumbria- Must have excellent communication skills
