IT ManagerOur client have a great opportunity for an IT Manager to join the company.The IT Manager is a stand alone role but with access to group resources and will be responsible primarily for their main site but with some requirement to support a European facility where needed.The role of IT manager will see you ensuring that the businesses overall systems, infrastructure, and communications networks are in a good state and managed appropriately against the business needs.You will also define and recommend changes or projects as required to improve company system operations appropriate to the business needs.We are looking to speak with IT Manager candidates that are broadly experienced with experience leading site it requirements and are keen to align with a long term opportunity.Package Information:
- £45,000 – £60,000 dependant on experience.

As IT Manager your main responsibilities include:
- Take responsibility for the IT systems and processes
- Manage and maintain IT budgets
- Dealing with technology upgrades and maintenance.
- Drive and lead as required projects to improve the businesses technology infrastructure.
- System Administration for all business software and operating systems
- IT Systems and hardware support for day-to-day operations.
- Network & communication infrastructure
- Maintain & improve the major incident plan for all critical applications within the organisation.
- Take responsibility for IT/Cybersecurity
- Reporting of key metrics, risks and issues to senior management
- Management of Networking infrastructure
- Support 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support issues
Additional considerations:
- High level of competency in IT management and technology.
- Experience delivering Projects within your department
- Broadley experienced across general IT systems including Network Maintenance
- Good communication
- Understanding of business processes and use of technology in a multi-location environment would be ideal but not essential.
- Ability to work as an effective team member across the organisation.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
