IT Operations Manager - Futures Recruitment : Job Details

Responsibilities: IT Operations Manager / Dynamics 365 / IT Systems / Manufacturing

• Manage day to day operations of the IT Department
• Be the first point of contact for all Hardware and Software support issues.
• Collaborate with third party suppliers and support with new projects
• Monitor and keep track of Departmental IT Budget and Project Budget
• Communicate with the wider IT Team overseas

Skillset: IT Operations Manager / Dynamics 365 / IT Systems / Manufacturing

• Ability to work collaboratively with non-geographical cross-functional teams.
• Basic certification in Azure (AZ-900) – Foundation. (desirable)
• ITIL Certified (Desirable)
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure management and system security protocols.
