JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager

LOCATION: Scunthorpe

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £40,000

ABOUT THE IT PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Oversee the delivery of large implementation projects from start to finish.
• Manage key aspects such as resourcing, risks, deliverables, and stage-end reviews.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to implement Microsoft solutions (e.g., Project, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Plan and facilitate smooth technology deployment and adoption for customers.
• Ensure projects meet governance, documentation, and quality standards.
• Support customer engagement, communication, and training for new technology adoption.

ABOUT YOU:

• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP)
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisation & communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good commercial and business awareness
• Proven track record of delivering high value, complex projects in a B2B environment
• Resource management, matrix managing internal teams and 3rd party suppliers as required
• Project management tooling (Jira/ MS Project/ Advanced Roadmaps/ Trello)
• Agile/ waterfall
• Project delivery planning, creating and maintaining phase/stage plans and detailed projects plans
• Project documentation
• Managing project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID).
• Progress monitoring and reporting, including presentation of project status and key decisions to project steering groups.
• Developing self-organised/ cross functional team
