Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving business change? We have a fantastic opportunity paying up to £65,000 base + bonus and great benefits. About the Role: We're partnering with a leading professional services company based in Birmingham City Centre to find a talented IT Project Manager. As part of their expanding Project Services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformation projects that drive business improvements across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business change initiatives from initiation through to successful delivery Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth change adoption and effective communication Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and achieve business outcomes Continuously improve project processes, ensuring a consistent approach to change management About You: Proven experience in Business Change and Project Management within a professional services or similar environment Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to influence and drive change across teams Ideally, experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and a relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
