What We're Looking For:

• Experienced IT Recruiter: Minimum of 1 year in IT
• Local Market Knowledge: Ideally, you're based in Newport or nearby in Cardiff/Bristol, and have connections in the local tech scene.
• Client and Market Expertise: Understanding of tech recruitment, with a client network you're ready to leverage and expand.
