We're looking for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client (Financial Services) and provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining system efficiency, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You'll typically be dealing with 700-1000 tickets per month and the team need someone to support them on this and other project needs.
