Reed Technology are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation based in Cheltenham, who are looking to recruit an ambitious IT Support Analyst  to join their friendly and successful team

If you have a passion for technology, problem solving and excellent people skills this could be the perfect opportunity for you... No previous experience is required!

Work within the service desk team the key responsibilities will include:

Log incidents by phone and email in a timely fashionEnsure that tickets are correct (category, priority, allocation, etc.)Ensure the ticket is correctly categorised and prioritizedDevelop and maintain self-service documentationResponsible for keeping the user informed on the progress of their support ticketEscalate tickets where required to the IT management teamWork with the team to reduce repeatable incidentsAssisting with processing new users (accounts, email, permissions etc.)Your technical knowledge will ideally cover Microsoft Windows 8 or newer, Microsoft Office 2013 or newer and Microsoft Active Directory user admin.
