IT Support - £35,000 - Ashdown Group : Job Details

A highly respected family-owned food manufacturing company based in Harlow, are looking for an IT Engineer to join their team. This well-established business  is looking for someone who  to support the IT Manager in overseeing and coordinating the company's ERP system and technology infrastructure. They are looking for a hands-on candidate and is based on-site, offering £35,000 per annum. 

Responsibilities include: addressing and troubleshooting issues that arise from users from all sites and installing software across the network. You will be required to maintain all users and groups within Active Directory and check Backup systems are managed and in place. There will be the opportunity to support projects, assisting with planning, scheduling and monitoring their implementation and being the first point of contact for all IT related queries. 

It is essential to this role to gain an understanding of the ERP system in place and deploy and maintain where necessary. 

Skills required: 

- Proven experience in an IT Support within a Windows environment.

- Active Directory knowledge and Group policy.

- Familiarity with Office 365 and related productivity tools. 

- Excellent problem solving skills. 

- Experience supporting ERP systems or similar platforms is desirable.
