IT Support Analyst - Flexible Solutionz : Job Details

Leading Liverpool law firm seeks a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team.

Responsbilityies include:

• Setting up new starters correctly
• Setup/imaging of new PC’s
• Network troubleshooting & resolving print issues
• Managing IT support tickets from our service desk system (ManageEngine)
• Have a knowledge of Azure/M365
• Work on project tasks for new IT systems being delivery into the business and work towards becoming a subject matter expert on any chosen systems.

Salary depends on skills and experience, a guide of £26-29k was given. This role will be office based, in modern city centre offices.
