IT Support Analyst

A boutique hedge fund is looking to hire an IT Support Analyst.

You would be responsible for;

• Ensuring a positive user experience for internal users
• Resolving tickets and user queries from start to finish
• Establishing effective relationships with business partners throughout the life cycle of their issues/requests
• Providing strong windows 10/11 admin and support

Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;

• Experience in a technical IT Support role, preferably for another financial services company
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proficient technical Microsoft Tech Stack, particularity windows 10/11

This is a stand alone support role so someone with a high level of technical support acumen is essential.

This role is 4 days per week on site, so please do not apply if you are looking for remote work.
