Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for the firm’s software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, iManage, and Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, including iOS devices, laptops, printers, and network connectivity (e.g., Zscaler VPN).
- Support meeting rooms and assist with external AV events.
- Contribute to technology projects such as Laptop Refresh, ITSM Implementation, and Printer Rollout.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- 2-3 years of IT Support experience, within a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting online meetings, webinars, and AV environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles is advantageous.
