IT Support Analyst - Trinity Resource Solutions : Job Details

  You will be accountable for all IT hardware and software, desk phones and phone system, iPads and iPhones, Laptop base builds, rebuild and a 3-year replacement cycle. Resolution of all IT queries and escalation when necessary. Enabling the business to work without interruption – including maximum up time for all critical applications, systems and servers.
