IT Support Engineer
A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading charity based in Aldgate, London who has had previous 1st and 2nd line experience and has strong skills and knowledge of MS Office, and Office 365 as well as Windows Server. This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who has previous experience of working in a busty environment who has had exposure of Software Rollouts, network experience as well as hardware experience.
As the IT Support Engineer, you will help provide support for all systems providing expert knowledge where possible and acting as a key point of contact for any onsite / offsite issues. You will be working in a customer facing environment, so strong communication skills are vital.
