• Provide 1st line support to internal users across our global offices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support when necessary.
• Document and track all support requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Assist with user account management and IT on-boarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with a dynamic IT team to ensure seamless IT operations.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on 1st line support.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A proactive approach with a passion for learning and growing in the IT field.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
