IT Support Engineer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Hays are working with an IT managed service provider in the South Gloucestershire region to support the recruitment for a permanent IT Support Engineer (2nd line). The role offers hybrid working and a salary depending on experience between £30,000 - £40,000. The MSP offers lots of internal progression, personal development and career opportunity. In the role you will act as an escalation point for the IT service desk and also work closely with EUC engineers & infrastructure engineers on project-based work. You'll provide level 2 technical support to a range of clients and customers. You will need to have:

• Experience working in an IT managed service provider
• Knowledge of the M365 stack (exchange, SharePoint, teams etc)
• Windows Server support
• InTune & Autopilot experience
• Knowledge of endpoint manager
• Networking knowledge
• Exposure with virtualisation (Hyper-V & Vmware)
